To secure your special day, a retainer is required when you sign the contract. From there, we’ll divide the remaining balance into manageable payments throughout the planning process, with the final payment due before your big day. Stress-free and simple!

Our goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process. You are able to schedule meetings and phone calls as needed, although we will be regularly checking in to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and no issues arise. In order to provide you with the best level of service, we have guidelines in place to streamline the communication process. This is to ensure whenever you reach out we can respond with our full attention and make note of any important details mentioned during our conversation.

We understand—plans can change! If you need to reschedule your wedding at least four months in advance, we’ll provide you with a Design Credit to use for a future event. For corporate and business event cancellations, reach out to our friendly coordinators for detailed guidance.
